"Yorkshire Pudding"

We made these a lot when the kids were young, was always a hit.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup drippings from beef roast
DIRECTIONS
- Pour drippings into pan and keep hot.
- Heat oven to 425 degrees.
- Sift flour and salt into bowl, add milk and gradually beat until smooth using a wire whisk.
- Add eggs one at a time beating with rotary beater.
- Pour into hot pan with the drippings and bake 25 minutes at 425.
