"Yorkshire Pudding"

We made these a lot when the kids were young, was always a hit.


INGREDIENTS
  1. 1 cup milk
  2. 1/2 tsp salt
  3. 1 cup flour
  4. 2 eggs
  5. 1/2 cup drippings from beef roast
DIRECTIONS
  1. Pour drippings into pan and keep hot.
  2. Heat oven to 425 degrees.
  3. Sift flour and salt into bowl, add milk and gradually beat until smooth using a wire whisk.
  4. Add eggs one at a time beating with rotary beater.
  5. Pour into hot pan with the drippings and bake 25 minutes at 425.
