"Brownie Batter Dip"

My friend brought this in for work one day. And it disappeared before I ever had a chance to try some I made her give me the recipe so that I could try it. It is made for dipping pretzels, ghram crackers, nilla wafers, or fruit.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 (8oz) package of cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz. cool whip
- 1 (18oz) box dry brownie mix
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the cool whip and continue to beat until smooth.
- Add the brownie mix and milk and again, beat until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, reserving a few for garnish.
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge for one day.
