"Deviled Eggs"

Literally forced to make these for holiday parties.
INGREDIENTS
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp. white vinegar
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1/4 tsp crushed mustard
- paprika for garnish
DIRECTIONS
- In a large pot cover eggs with 1 inch of water and add the vinegar. (2 inches if doubling the recipe.) Then place on high heat until boiling. Turn off heat and cover for 10 minutes. Immediately bathe eggs in cold water.
- Peal eggs and half removing yoke into a separate bowl.
- crush the yoke and add mayonnaise, mustard, and crushed mustard. You may need to add mayonnaise and mustard until you attain the desired taste. If so, do it slowly, a bit at a time.
- Place the resulting mix in a plastic bag and nip off the corner. squeeze the bag filling the halved eggs with the mix and add a mound on top. Garnish with paprika.
